HOW IT
GETS TO YOU.

Everything here is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which keeps waste down but does mean your order is made after you place it rather than picked off a shelf.

Where we ship

Canada and the United States. Orders in both countries are produced and shipped domestically, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you and there are no customs charges or import duties to pay on arrival.

How long it takes

These are estimates from our production partner, not guarantees. Sale periods and holidays run longer. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping cost

Shipping is included in the price shown on every product. There is no separate delivery charge added at checkout, and the price you see on the product page is the price you pay.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we replace it or refund it in full. You do not pay return shipping and in most cases you will not need to send the item back.

Email info@radiukenempire.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will confirm next steps within two business days.

Change of mind and wrong size

Each garment is printed individually for the person who ordered it, so it cannot be returned to stock or resold. For that reason we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size.

Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, email us first — we would rather help you pick correctly than have you stuck with something that does not fit.

This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described. Those are covered above and always will be.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible. Once printing has started the garment exists and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we will replace it at no cost to you.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can be reshipped, but the cost of reshipping is payable by you. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within five to ten business days.
