GETS TO YOU.

Everything here is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting, which keeps waste down but does mean your order is made after you place it rather than picked off a shelf.

Where we ship

Canada and the United States. Orders in both countries are produced and shipped domestically, so nothing crosses a border on its way to you and there are no customs charges or import duties to pay on arrival.

How long it takes

These are estimates from our production partner, not guarantees. Sale periods and holidays run longer. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping cost

Shipping is $9.99 per order to anywhere in Canada or the United States. It is added at checkout and shown before you pay, so nothing appears on your card that you have not already seen.

The charge is per order, not per garment — two or three pieces in one order still ship for $9.99. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at checkout and shown separately.

Returns

Two situations, handled differently.

Something is wrong with the order

Damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered — that one is on us. Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will replace it or refund you in full. You do not pay return shipping, and in most cases you will not need to send the item back at all. We reply within two business days.

You changed your mind, or ordered the wrong size

Every garment is printed individually for the person who ordered it, so it cannot be returned to stock or resold. For that reason we cannot take it back or exchange it.

Check the size guide before ordering, and email us if you are between sizes or unsure. We would far rather help you pick the right one than leave you with something that does not fit.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund until production begins, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email us as soon as possible. Once printing has started the garment exists and cannot be cancelled.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you do not have it, check with your household and neighbours first, then contact us. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit we will replace it at no cost to you.

Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete delivery address can be reshipped, but the cost of reshipping is payable by you. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how quickly it appears, typically within five to ten business days.
